We created this logo because purple was Evie's favourite colour and the heart was selected to represent the youth, love and kindness Evie showed. Finally, the puzzle pieces represent the work it takes to stop sepsis and, as you will see, there is a missing puzzle piece that symbolises the gap in sepsis awareness, education and research that exists across the country.

We’d love to hear from you! Whether you have a question, idea or want to get involved, drop us a message.
Our Vision
We envision an Australia where early, consistent detection and prompt treatment of sepsis dramatically improve survival rates. Our work aims to bring greater recognition and long-term support to sepsis survivors, while driving government commitment to fund research into lifesaving treatments and interventions.

Our Mission
Our mission is to educate the public about the dangers of sepsis, prevent avoidable deaths, and advocate for systemic changes across healthcare. We champion policies and practices that enable earlier detection, better treatment, and long-term care for survivors and their families.
Every year, thousands of Australians are impacted by sepsis, a medical emergency that demands urgent attention. Many don’t survive, and many who do are left with lasting effects. Through education campaigns, partnerships, community outreach, and advocacy, we are working to change that.
Why It Matters
Sepsis can affect anyone, at any age. Yet awareness remains low, and delayed recognition can be fatal. We believe that no one should lose a loved one to something that could be prevented with timely care and understanding.
At The Evie Gamble Foundation, we are standing Together Against Sepsis — For Life, For Hope, For Change.
